1. Our agreement
Orvra is provided by Lumo Wallet LLC, 1603 Capitol Ave, Suite 413G-2406, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States. These terms apply to our website and apps. You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. If acting for a business, you must have authority to bind it. Your applicable order and any separately signed agreement also apply; mandatory consumer rights always take priority.
2. Accounts and access
Use accurate registration details, protect your password and authentication codes, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. Do not share an individual login. Workspace owners manage employee access, roles and project permissions. Only designated Orvra operators can manage the service as a whole.
3. The service and AI output
Available features, supported file types, models and usage limits appear in the product and your plan. A preview is not a promise that every displayed feature is ready for paid use. We may update models and software; chat model versions help identify which release produced a response.
AI can make mistakes, omit information and generate similar output for different users. Check outputs before relying on them, executing code or publishing. The service does not replace qualified medical, legal or financial advice. We do not guarantee parity with another AI service, a particular result, uninterrupted availability or that models improve automatically from your activity.
4. Your content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in inputs. As between you and us, we assign to you any rights we may hold in output generated for you, to the extent permitted by law. This does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or third-party clearance. You must have permission to upload content and use the resulting output.
You permit us to process and store content as necessary to provide, secure and support the service. This is not consent to train a general model on all your data. Orvra software, branding and underlying third-party components retain their respective owners and licences; Orvra model names do not mean every underlying model was trained from scratch by us.
5. Subscription and renewal
Checkout must show your price, currency, tax, billing interval, seat count, usage allowance and recurring total before you authorize payment. Subscriptions renew at the stated interval until cancelled. An account alone is not a paid order. Annual plans are charged upfront and monthly usage still resets monthly.
Business requires at least two paid users. Changes to seats or plan may cause a disclosed prorated charge or credit; review the confirmation before approving it. Customer allowances are not unlimited. Free internal staff accounts are not a customer plan. We will notify you of material price or plan changes before they affect a future renewal, with an opportunity to cancel.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal using available billing controls or contact support. Unless you request immediate termination and a refund, access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Our Refund Policy is part of these terms and explains unused time and allowance. Your statutory cancellation and service-quality rights remain unaffected.
7. Acceptable use and integrations
Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Connecting an external service requires your authorization and may be subject to that provider’s terms. Review requested permissions; do not submit credentials in chats. We may restrict access to address abuse, nonpayment or a security incident, proportionately and with notice when reasonably possible. You can contact us to dispute a restriction.
8. Responsibility and disputes
We must provide the service with the care and skill required by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or applicable consumer remedies. We do not add a mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these terms.
For business customers, Wyoming law governs unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Consumers retain the mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in courts available under their local law. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it.
9. Changes and contact
We will identify revised policies and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights for an existing purchase. Contact details and a postal address are on the Contact page. Policy version: 2026-10-21.
