DigitalOcean
Hosts the Orvra web application, API and database in Amsterdam, with backups. The service can process account and workspace records, files, support content and operational logs.
Runpod
Provides the dedicated GPU environment prepared for Orvra inference in Sweden. When an AI worker is enabled, relevant prompts, files and outputs are processed there. This connection is still being completed; installed model files alone do not make a feature available to customers.
Cloudflare
Provides DNS for orvra.ai. DNS lookup metadata is processed for that purpose. Additional proxy, traffic protection or email routing services are not implied by using Cloudflare nameservers.
Resend
Handles Orvra verification-email delivery, including recipient address, message content and delivery metadata. Sending is configured in the Ireland region. Support, legal and privacy inbox connections are being prepared; their receiving status is shown on the Contact page.
Payment services being prepared
Stripe will process card subscriptions and associated billing details when checkout is activated. Lumo Crypto Checkout is only being prepared locally and is not taking Orvra payments. We will update this page when these connections become active.
Business processing arrangements
This is a service transparency list, not a claim that every provider is a processor for every purpose or that all data stays in the listed region. Corporate location, backups, support access and a provider’s own processing may differ. Ask us for the applicable processing agreement and transfer details before sending data that requires them.
